The license keys for the current shipping versions of OAC 4.3 for Linux and OAC 4.3 for Macintosh are not compatible with the current shipping version of OAC 4.7 for Windows Desktop. Please contact Juniper Technical Support to obtain a license key for these platforms.
The integration of legacy Funk Software is now complete
Juniper Networks has completed the integration of legacy Funk Software support tools, applications, and content into the Customer Support Center (CSC). Legacy Funk Software support users have been contacted with new accounts to access the CSC, your first and fastest line of support.

- Odyssey Access Client v4.8 Enterprise Edition - OAC v4.8 comprises OAC v4.8 for Windows Vista/XP/2000 and OAC FIPS Edition.
- Odyssey Access Client v4.55 for Windows Mobile 5 and 2003; OAC v4.55 for CE; OAC v4.3 for Linux, and OAC v4.3 for Macintosh OSX.
- Odyssey Access Client Japanese Edition v4.04 (commercially available) - Requires an Odyssey Access Client v4.0 full or upgrade license key to run.
- Odyssey Access Client Common Criteria Edition v4.56 (commercially available) - Requires an Odyssey Access Client FIPS Edition v4.6 full or upgrade license key to run.
- Back versions of Odyssey Access Client that are appropriate for your installation. (Requires the corresponding version-specific license key to run)

Funk Software to Juniper Networks Support Conversion Overview
Effective on March 1, 2006, all Funk Software Support offerings, policies, part numbers, and pricing will be discontinued. New Juniper Support offerings will be available and will make the Funk Software support consistent with the rest of the Juniper Networks products.
