Juniper customers Iron Mountain and Lancaster General each won an InfoWorld 100 Award in the Services Category for their Juniper SSL VPN appliance project. According to InfoWorld, The InfoWorld 100 awards celebrate enterprise IT projects that have made the best use of technology to meet business goals. Implementations were judged by InfoWorld editors and InfoWorld CTO Chad Dickerson on innovation and project complexity. Judges looked at what cutting-edge technologies were used and the stumbling blocks that were overcome to achieve to success. Also considered were integration issues and how project leaders worked with users and other business units.

NetScreen-IDP 500 v3.0 Receives Coveted NSS Approved Award
NSS Approved Award
The NSS Group, Europe's foremost independent network and security testing facility, has given the NetScreen-IDP 500 v3.0 the NSS Approved award after it passed a rigorous series of 750 tests. The NNS report states that NetScreen-IDP 500 v3.0 handled the extensive reliability tests with ease. The report goes on to state that the system has been designed to handle configuration and management of large numbers of sensors across the enterprise. Policy definition and deployment is powerful and flexible while alert handling and reporting/forensics is extensive.
